After a very emotional goodbye to Paul at the Airport, where does a girl go when she wants to avoid reality, yep, you guessed it, the shops. In retrospect, what I really needed was a quaint little Malaney, Moolooabah or Bellingen not the newly renovated Shopping Town that I went to. You will be pleased to know Paul that all we spent money on was our lunch...... phew he says!
Tonight we set a place for Daddy at the table with pink and white flowers for love. We will do this nightly until he returns to have his meals with us again. We love you and miss you already.

After dinner around 7.30pm the phone rang and it was Paul - I couldn't believe it. There were mechanical issues with the plane which they couldnt fix to their satisfaction so he was flown to Sydney where they were going to connect him up with a flight to LA. At this stage there was no connecting flight to New York....... I am so grateful that he is safe in an airport rather than the plane having mechanical problems midflight on the way to America. Thankyou!!
