My 2 favourite boys
Today is a day of reflections, a day of showing and telling our loved ones how much we love them and appreciate them - an opportunity to stop and smell the flowers with each other.
Paul and I cannot be together in person on this day but one of the things that stands out with our distance is how far we have come in the last year individually and as a couple.
We have both been on a journey of discovery for the most part of our life together as a couple, some years more so than others although the last couple of years and in particular the last year has been the biggest. We are very fortunate that our journeys have been on similar paths and we always come out at the end holding hands and stronger in our commitment to each other.
Paul, I love how you are not scared of being yourself and stepping out of the box and then having the strength to not worry what people think
I love when you have an idea you go at it with a passion
I love the poems you write and how they can be so full of feeling and passion one moment and then full of fun and jokes the next and completely fit with each sentence
I love how you have the ability to let things go over your head and not get caught up in "he did that, or he didn't do that" or "I don't think he likes me". You are one of the few adults I know that for the most part can forgive, forget and just move on. The past being the past and you don't waste another moment on it.
I love how we are on the same journey together and help each other with our own individual strengths to bring out the best in the other.
I love your passion for health, life, tai chi and trading.
I love how you are putting your everything into learning how to be a trader, not just for yourself but for us as a family and a lifestyle to allow us more time together as a family
I love how honesty and integrity make up a huge part of your soul
My list could go on and on but best of all I love how I "LIKE" you as well as "LOVE" you.
