A beautiful sunny day

Today Paul and I went on a date to the movies - I couldn't remember the last time we did that so it was far too long ago! It was nice to have some "us" time and my mum very graciously looked after Jordan. The afternoon saw Jordan and I working on sounds, words and playing outside in the sun and collecting different types of leaves from the garden. I was even able to snatch some time to read a chapter of my book (3rd book in the series of Anastasia).

This week has found me going back to my win list which involves writing down all the wins you have during the day - sounds pretty easy doesn't it...... well actually it can be quite difficult, especially when you first start the list. If anybody is interest, I invite you to join in with us (Paul and my mother have also started their win list). Let me know of your interest and I will write a more detailed entry on it. I love it as it makes you me focus on all the great things that happen throughout my day and I am happy to say that when I started I found it very difficult to find 20 wins a day, now I have no effort exceeding this number by lunch time. As I have said before, my life truly is a blessed life.
