I always start my morning with a nice cup of tea. I make Jordan's breakfast and then sit down with my cuppa. It is my little ritual that gently wakes me up while I prepare and plan for the day ahead.
I have found that I am better suited to a grazing style breakfast (I did not eat breakfast for years) then at some point during mid morning I will make up some Raw Muesli with fresh fruit or I will wait until Paul makes up our breakfast smoothie. The difference in my health and energy levels is amazing and so worth the little bit of extra effort to make either or both of these.

I think you have to attend the seminar to get this particular receipe which includes buckwheat groats, coconut, pepita seeds, raw cacoa nibs, cinnamon, nutmeg, gogi berries and agave nectar to sweeten. It really is delicious and worth attending the seminar just to get this receipe.
