Last year for Jordan's birthday he was given a Dinosaur Playmobile set which he just loved. Part of this set was taken up to Brisbane with us and a wheel was promptly misplaced never to be found again.
So for the BIG WIN, today I finally got a replacement wheel - yes, nearly 12 months later Jordan can now play with the Jeep AND it actually moves with 4 wheels not 3.
When we arrived back in Melbourne after our holiday I went back to where the present was bought - the best they could do they told me was give me a telephone number of the supplier. Well I rang the supplier 3 times and each time I was told the Sales Person was looking into it and would give me a call.
Some 3 months later after getting back from our numerous overseas trips there was still no word from the supplier so whilst at a local shopping centre I went into Toy World and asked them about getting a replacement. The Manager of that Toyworld where I did not buy the original set has spent the last 6 months off and on trying to get this replacement for me and today he gave me a brand new box and said just take out what you need and bring back the box and all this for free.
I am thrilled to say the least.
Kids Central whom I previously considered to be a better toy shop did absolutely nothing whilst Toy World went out of their way and excelled in their customer service and I didn't even buy the toy from them.
I know where I will be buying toys from now
