Cindy's CD's for children are just beautiful - we had an earlier version which I have played for Jordan since he was about 3 until during one of our moves it was damaged. It has just been replaced with the Rainbow Journey and I am so happy we can once again include this beautiful CD into our nightly routine. Not only are the CD's very relaxing, it gives children the tools for boosting self confidence and self-esteem.

Hypnotherapist who along with producing these CD's also facilitates workshops on "Creating Positive
Change". Cindy maintains a grounded, earthy and light-hearted atmosphere
whilst supporting individuals on their own self-empowering journey.
The purpose of these intuitive groups is to provide ongoing supportive
environments for people to learn how to listen to their intuition,
release old conditioning, habits and beliefs, develop and explore
personal grown to gain more clarity, peace and happiness.
Cindy is a personal friend and I can honestly say she is one very amazing, talented women with a natural intuitive gift for healing. After a recent move to Northern NSW with her family, Cindy is currently working part-time at:-

ReplyDeleteThe CD sounds wonderful. I love boosting self esteem in the boys, especially Harry, who is once again getting bullied at school. It breaks my heart as he is so condfident and sure of himself at home...I am not really sure what to do.
Janine, this sounds what we need. This year we our on a quest to start to really discover ourself and to taste true peace. The kids and i had our first real meditation class, i say my first because its the first class i did'nt fall asleep in! The kids were wonderful and did'nt do any of the things i thought they would, like laugh,pass wind, you know kids stuff. Luv, Lindy x
