ANOTHER BUSY DAY

I started the day off sitting at my desk watching 1/2 dozen tiny birds flitting about in the tree directly outside the window, it was just lovely to watch.  I must try and take a photo next time.

Paul then rang and it was so nice to have a longer chat with him, we are both now more focused on what lies ahead.  Chuck had given him a tour of the neighbourhood and took him to buy a new camera (somebody between Australia & America decided they needed Paul's camera and GPS system from his luggage a lot more than he did).  Both Chuck and his wife have made Paul feel very welcome,  we only hope that we can return the favour to them both one day soon.

After morning chats and chores mum and I headed off to the Indoor Playcentre with Jordan.  Mum and I got a rare opportunity to sit and have a coffee & chat while Jordan played non-stop for nearly 3 hours.  He thoroughly enjoyed himself.  This is something I am going to have to put on the "weekly" to do list for him and me !

Whilst cooking dinner the phone rang - as is normal these days, Jordan raced to the phone to answer it and not knowing who it was I heard this "Well my dad's finishing his trading over in America so I'll just pass you over to my mum"  It was my brother who had asked to talk to "his" mum or dad...... very cute I thought and very grown up!

After all the activity today we decided on Kebabs and salad for dinner.  We all thought it was delicious, so much so that Jordan and Ba had another kebab and everybody had a 2nd helping of salad.

We believe, if you really believe, it will happen.  So.... tonight Jordan fell asleep believing his Daddy is going to come and give him a kiss goodnight when he is asleep.

"Goodnight Daddy"
