Ha ppy Ea ster to everybody.
Today was another rest day and as Paul had a Private lesson with Nick, Jordan and I headed off down to the Playground and the laundry. Unfortunately the washing pile has been growing steadily and has been added to significantly since a little boy who shall not be named has been playing in the "red" dirt almost constantly since we got here. Poor ducky has been buried so many times he is now a decidedly reddish colour - he really is going to need a bath before returning to AUS!
We have also been soaking up the magical energy here at Bryce Canyon and enjoying some family time. Our site is well away from most of the other RV's and trailers and the facilities, which I was initially a bit put out by, but as I have found with most things there is alway a good to come out of what happens in life and it certainly was the case with this one.
To sta rt with the views a re a ma zing but there is also such an incredible energy in this spot that you just can't help but get absorbed by it. It is almost as if I can hear the whispers of generations gone by on the winds that blow past and the echos of the traditions and people hidden deep within my soul and with it brings the most surreal feeling of belonging, peacefullnes and love. I can't explain it but the feeling of being surrounded by these sheer rockcliffs that form the canyons on all sides is such an incredible and magical place.
This was the view just as we sat down for dinner tonight!
