Jordan loves the time we spend at the library - we can always read away a good couple of hours but today was extra special. Today we went for Storytime and Craft and came away with an armload of books (a must for any visit to the library) and his handmade bag that he cut out and drew a spider, keys and coins in. I only hope my handbag doesn't end up with spiders in it !!
For what remained of the rest of the afternoon was spent talking and playing with the little boy next door over the fence, oh the plans and schemes that have been imagined and dreamed up over that fence - all in all, a perfect day for a little boy on holidays.
All of the kids are looking forward to a trip to the library tomorrow. Mum is a bit nervous to see what the overdue fees add up to
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your trip to the library and I hope the fees don't hurt too much.
ReplyDeleteWe went to a different library today, one away from the city. Its wonderful. No Fees!!!! They only suspend your membership if you don't return a book but don't charge you. They also have a private room that only a few select people can visit that have a huge array of aboriginal books, artifacts, games etc that you can borrow.
ReplyDeleteAll 5 kids are in different areas of the house reading (bubs is asleep with a board book in her arms)
Yay for Librarys!!!
